Reliable Honda Powertrain
The unit is powered by the Honda GX160 engine, a 163cc air-cooled 4-stroke OHV design delivering 4.8 HP at 3600 RPM with oil alert for low-oil shutdown protection. A 650 RPM gearbox drives the pump, ensuring consistent performance suited to prolonged operation.

At the core is the Comet P40/20 diaphragm pump with a polypropylene body and Viton seals and diaphragms. This configuration provides resistance to corrosive chemicals, including sodium hypochlorite solutions commonly used in foaming and washdown tasks. The pump operates at up to 20 bar (290 psi) with a flow rate of 40 L/pm.

Included are a PVC soft wash lance with quick-release nozzle holder, stainless steel QR nozzles in 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40° patterns, 25 metres of PVC delivery hose with stainless QR couplings, and a 3-metre heavy-duty suction hose with filter plus return-to-tank bypass.
Mobile Powder-Coated Frame
The washer mounts on a powder-coated steel trolley with 13-inch wheels for easy transport across job sites. An adjustable pressure regulator allows fine-tuning of output during operation.
